You can bring your brochure/flyer and handover by 7:30 am at the registration counter or in the conference hall, we’ll put it in the delegate bags.
We’ll provide you with a 4-foot table (48in×24in×30in | W x D x H) with a power point. Two Chairs and table cloth are provided. Name board and signage you need to bring.
Yes you can setup your own standee within your space. The banner can be hanged if you have some arrangement like independent stand that does not require sticky tapes or nails on wall, as hotels do not allow that.
Yes, Wi-fi if provided by hotel on payment basis. Power supply will be sufficiant for a laptop and a LED/TV screen of size upto 55 inches.
